Art absolut secret

It's time once again for the Royal College of Art's annual guessing game: "Absolut Secret". This is the show of a thousand or so postcards, all painted anonymously, all for sale for pounds 30 and which might or might not turn out to be by a famous hand. You simply pays your money and hopes that your eye is on form. It's not as easy as it sounds. Looking at 1,000 little pictures is an oddly hypnotic and disorientating experience and after a few minutes either everything or nothing looks like it might be by Frank Auerbach or Chris Ofili. One of them will be - but hundreds won't.

Royal College of Art, London SW7 (0171-590 4444). Selling will take place from 8am Thur - Sun 6 Dec
