This week a striking exhibition of work by Tanya Karavan and Daniel Tchetchik, two internationally-renowned photographers, opens at the Innovation Warehouse.

The space, which is located near London's historic meat market, Smithfield, is not normally a gallery but plays host to business launches and events. It has been taken over for this exhibition by the curators at Vanguard Art and Photography.

The images which will fill the space are atmospheric visions of nature: spooky forests, gnarled root vegetables, dead fish, squishy mud and rotted human remains. The subject-matter is hard hitting, visceral and engaging - an appropriate set of aesthetics for Britain's butchery centre.
