Eight years after the death of its author Douglas Adams, a new chapter in the hugely successful Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is about to begin....

And Another Thing… is the latest book in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series. Written by Eoin Colfer, bestselling author of the Artemis Fowl series, the novel will be launched on the 12 October to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the original book. To celebrate this, Colfer will be touring around the UK promoting and signing copies of his new book beginning with Hitchcon'09 in Central London, where a gathering of the largest number of Hitchhiker fans ever will take place.

To mark this mammoth occasion come along to the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre on Sunday 11 October for Hitchcon’09 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the original Hitchhiker’s Guide book and the launch of the new sequel And Another Thing....
