The Scott Pilgrim series is about a 23-year-old slacker from Toronto who falls in love with an American delivery girl, Ramona V. Flowers, then discovers he must defeat her seven "evil exes" in order to date her. The independent comic book publisher Oni Press began printing the series in 2004 and the final installment was released in July, becoming the rare graphic novel to top general best-seller charts. The series' feature film adaptation, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, is now making its way to international theaters.
