Colonel Talbot Enderby-Lathe is a typically crusty, clubbable old buffer. But in Roger Booth's performance, the Colonel doesn't gibber or froth, but chats amiably to the audience for an hour or so about his life and times. There are few belly laughs but plenty of broad grins.

The Roxy, Roxburgh Place (venue 27), 031-650 8499. 12 noon. To 5 Sept.
