The final trailer for Mockingjay Part 1 has been released just weeks before the hotly-anticipated movie hits cinemas.

Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth star in the third Hunger Games instalment and if the latest teaser clip is anything to go by, the smell of rebellion is strong.

"If we burn, you burn with us," heroine Katniss Everdeen screams in a powerful message to President Snow (Donald Sutherland), as Lorde's soundtrack crescendos to a dramatic peak.

This time, Katniss has left the arena behind and is leading District 13 in a massive revolution against the Capitol. Expect a loud, fast-paced movie, jam-packed with edge-of-your-seat action.

Dressed head-to-toe in black armour, iconic arrows on her back, Katniss stands defiantly amid the burning rubble of her former home.

But the sinister Snow responds to Katniss' anger with a simple message of his own: "Prepare to pay the ultimate price."

Katniss' chief ally Peeta is being held prisoner by the Capitol and believed to be on the side, while Plutarch Heavensbee (Philip Seymour Hoffman) is busy discussing the rebels; tactics with President Coin (Julianne Moore).

"No-one else can do this but her," he argues, as Coin debates whether Katniss could handle the role of leader.

But Katniss should be fearing for her life. Peeta warns her through tears over video link: "They're coming. They're going to kill everyone. You'll be dead by morning."

Fortunately she has Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth) on hand to help her fire arrows at incoming aircraft, but this battle is not going to be easy.

Directed by Francis Lawrence, the Hunger Games films are based on Suzanne Collins' novel series which, has sold more than 65 million copies in the US to date.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 will be released in the UK on 21 November, with Part 2 due to follow a year later in November 2015.
