The Fast And Furious 7 trailer starring the late Paul Walker has been released, which sees the actor in the role of Brian O’Connor for the final time.

The film was in production when Walker died suddenly in a high-speed car crash in November 2013.

He had completed the majority of shooting for the latest instalment of the street racing franchise, and producers employed digital effects with the help of Walker’s brother to finish his parts.

Paying tribute to his co-star in August this year, Vin Diesel said: "I grew up in the bouncer world, and we lost people while we were bouncing. But the brotherhood in Paul Walker was something completely different.

"We grew up in the business together, and we became famous together, and we represented the biggest franchise together. He was my partner, and it’s a strange thing to ... I've been acting all my life and they don't teach you in acting, how to mourn someone and simultaneously pretend they're in a scene with you."

It ends with Diesel saying, "I don’t have friends. I got family," before it movingly cuts back to a scene starring Walker.

Fast and Furious 7 is set to be released in UK cinemas from April 2015.
