Having debuted in Captain America: Civil War, Tom Holland’s incarnation of Spider-Man managed to bowl over many critics and fans alike, proving that the reboot may be worth it after all.

The next film the web-slinger is set to appear in is Spider-Man: Homecoming, the Marvel Studios feature length having just started filming.

Already, the first shots of Holland in his spandex suit have leaked online; it looks remarkably the same as the one previously seen in Civil War.

While it is unclear why he’s hanging out around a concrete pipe, the hero looks less polished than in Civil War, likely because the sheer amount of CGI used in the final film was phenomenal.

We also see the suited Peter Parker holding a smart-phone, proving that even fighting crime doesn’t stop you being addicted to technology.

Meanwhile, the cast for Homecoming has increased in size rather drastically recently, with Donald Glover, Kenneth Choi and Michael Keaton. Kingpin actor Vincent D’Onofrio has also spoken candidly about wanting to appear in the film but revealed that he has yet to be asked.
