"I would say the electrification of the automobile is a foregone conclusion," maintains General Motors' Bob Lutz in Chris Paine's follow-up to his compelling 2006 documentary Who Killed the Electric Car?, narrated by a laid-back Tim Robbins.

Here, it seems the "villains" of the original film (such as Lutz and his anti-electric car brigade) are trying valiantly to promote non gas-guzzling vehicles. A feelgood film then, but unless you're a (non) petrolhead it's not terribly gripping.
