Sweet but patchy comedy about a bunch of smalltown pals who club together to make their fortune - in homemade porno. It's Boogie Nights meets the 'burbs, or could have been if writer-director Michael Traeger wasn't secretly peddling the usual schmaltz about American enterprise and the father-son bond. Jeff Bridges is reliably good as team leader, but even he can't neutralise the weird smell coming off its mixture of innocence and lasciviousness.
