Letter: Balkan problems
Sir: Those who have followed the charade of the West's response to events in the former Yugoslavia will not be surprised that Milosevic and Serb forces think that they can now get away with a final solution.
It is to be hoped that the Prime Minister and the new German government will now not only insist on all Kosovan refugees being able to return to their homes, and ensure that this happens, but will also insist that Serbia accept international involvement in a solution in Kosovo as a precondition to forestalling Nato action.
