Sir, You tell us the new British Library delivers books, on average, in 50 minutes, while before it could take up to a day. Is it fair to compare the new average to the old worst case? Could it be that the blurb given to journalists fudges the real average improvement in case it doesn't sound impressive enough to justify the cost?
