Sir: Foxhunting is a sport. Should Tony Banks, Minister for Sport, not be treating it with the same enthusiatic and positive vigour that he might treat rugby and boxing, two other sports that he could describe as "unnecessary and barbarous" (You Ask the Questions, 10 March). That he lets his strong personal views bias his approach to his job suggest to me that he should resign.
