Letter: Mowlam is right

Sir: Once again the Ulster Unionists have called on Mo Mowlam to resign as Northern Ireland Secretary.

Don't they realise that every time they do that they are making sure that her longevity in the role has an even stronger copper-bottomed guarantee?
