Letter: Pinochet's fate
Sir: It is unsurprising, if nauseating, to see Pinochet's admirers on the right in this country standing up to defend him.
One of their arguments is that the former dictator should not be extradited because he is a friend of Britain. Are not many of these the same people who complained so bitterly when US courts refused to extradite IRA suspects to the UK?
