'Sigur Rós: We Play Endlessly' free with The Independent on Saturday

Sigur Rós album 'We Play Endlessly' will be given away free with The Independent on Saturday on 31 January.

Offered in association with Q magazine, 'We Play Endlessly' features nine tracks taken from three of their critically acclaimed albums, including the hugely popular Hoppípolla and Sæglópur.

And if you're a student, don't forget to get your student discount this weekend as well!

Excellent choice Independent! They are an amazing band, their music is sublime - and live (I hate to use this word but...) awesome - truly. Alexander Palace 20 November 2008 was probably the best gig I have ever been to!

Look forward to seeing which 9 tracks have been chosen (personal favourites: Svefn g Englar, Popplagith, Saeglopur, ny Batteri, Flugufrelsarinn, I Gaer, Fljotavik... but how can you choose??)

I bought the Saturday paper, but there was no Sigur Ros CD inside

...so I asked at the counter (at Sainsbury's), and they said, none of the copies has a CD inside and we haven't kept any CDs back here, so it must be something you send away for or download. I've been through the paper carefully and can't find any information about how to obtain the CD that was promised and that wasn't there. So I hope you will post information with this online article to tell people who bought the paper how to obtain the CD. Otherwise I will conclude that your company is happy to rip people off in order to sell papers and I will never buy The Independent again. Hoping to see a post.
