Sunless 9 Illuminations

Lo-fi and awkward, Sunless 97's indie pop wall-of-sound is based around a gorgeous boy/girl dual vocal.

Deaf Club Hana

Slow-burning indie rock with verses that brood and a chorus that soars. Think "Zombie"-era Cranberries.

You Deliver

An electro melting-pot. Aggressive grime synths make room for a swollen dubstep bass, which in turn gives way to chilled house.

Rail Means Rail

Tough, trashy surf-punk. The spooky, found-footage video is a perfect Halloween treat.

Lucy Rose

Subtle guitar pop with a hint of pastoral melancholy (above).

Zulu Winter

Never Leave

Definite ones to watch. Zulu Winter mix 1980s style with classic indie songwriting.

Don't Cry in My Bed

The closing track on their debut album, 'Unity', this is a euphoric, 8-bit-laden empowerment anthem.

This track's understated house intro slowly gives way to a powerful party track (above).

Ifan Dafydd

When Jamie xx and SBTRKT tip an artist, it's worth paying attention. Dafydd's stuttering dance doesn't disappoint.

I Ching

Super-stylish electro-pop that has more substance than fellow 1980s revivalists Hurts.
