Kanye adds M.I.A. to the mix on latest album

On her Twitter page, British rapper M.I.A. cryptically dropped the news that she is collaborating with Kanye West on his new album,
Dark Twisted Fantasy, expected to release on November 16. Other guests on the album include Eminem, Drake, Jay-Z, and Pusha T.
On September 17, days before kicking off her North American tour, M.I.A. teased on Twitter, "In the studio with Kanye, just speakin in Mark Twain quote." The comment came hours after West posted his own tweet: "What if Mark Twain had a Twitter?"
Dark Twisted Fantasy, West's fifth studio album and formerly known as Good Ass Job, includes collaborations with Charlie Wilson, Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, T.I., Mos Def, Seal, Soulja Boy, and Kid Cudi, among others. The single "Runaway," which West premiered at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 12 as well as the trailer for a film of the same name, is expected to be included on the album.
M.I.A., who originally hails from Sri Lanka, just released a new video for her single "Story To Be Told," from her third album, Maya. The video is streaming from her new website set up especially to show the clip. M.I.A. explained to the Huffington Post website that the album was inspired by a death threat to her son after she openly expresed her views on Sri Lankan issues. "I think the album is a mixture of all those things - babies, death, destruction, and powerlessness," she stated.
