Brooklyn indie rock band The National continues to be the most blogged musical act of the moment on March 26, according to The Hype Machine. Oregon-based experimental folk rock band Blitzen Trapper and Scottish group Teenage Fanclub are in second and third, while new entries in the top ten include The Black Keys and Delorean.

The Black Keys, an American blues-rock trio, formed in 2001 and has since released seven albums, receiving regular praise from magazines such as Rolling Stone, touring with high-profile artists, and performing on popular TV shows. The group's eighth album, the Danger Mouse-produced Brothers, is due out on May 18, and bloggers are passing around the track "Tighten Up" from that album. The Music Ninja (www.themusicninja.com) called it "a soulful, harmonious track," and Walk Between the Lines (walkbetweenthelines.tumblr.com) wrote, "I really like this more soulful direction."

Delorean is a synth-pop band from Barcelona, Spain that released its first EP, Ayrton Senna, in 2009, earning praise from music media including NME and Pitchfork. The band has since gained a fan base in Europe and North America and toured with bands including jj and Mike Snow. The group's first full studio album, Subiza, is due out in June, and the first track, "Stay Close," is now available for download. Stereogum (stereogum.com) wrote of Subiza, "Great album, great album name: properly evocative of Delorean's sound, taking club music outdoors into a more balmy, colorfully vibrant blend of textured electronics and beats, day-dreamy processed vocals, and bright rhythms."
