				&#60;p&#62;&#10;During this year&#39;s Frieze Art Fair a panel chaired by the music writer Simon &#10;  Reynolds asked the question&#58; &#34;Is The Underground Over&#63;&#34; The &#10;  speakers&#44; who included Cosey Fanni Tutti of Throbbing Gristle and pioneering &#10;  acid house duo Chris &#38; Cosey&#44; weren&#39;t there to discuss electronic music &#10;  specifically&#46; Instead they focused on &#34;a diverse array of music &#10;  undergrounds including free folk&#44; noise&#44; extreme metal&#34;&#46; But the debate &#10;  is just as relevant to dance culture in the two decades since acid house &#10;  first made headlines in the UK&#46;&#10;&#60;&#47;p&#62; </description>
