The iTunes Festival will return next month under the rebranded name Apple Music Festival to mark the launch of Apple’s latest music venture.

Pharrell Williams, One Direction, Florence + The Machine and Disclosure are among the headliners who will perform at the festival at London’s Roundhouse this September.

All performances will be available for viewers to watch live and on-demand on Apple Music. There will also be coverage on Apple’s recently launched radio station Beats 1 as well as backstage news and footage on Apple Music Connect.

The Apple Music Festival will take place over ten nights from 19-28 September. UK residents can apply for tickets online on Apple Music, as well as through media partners including the Evening Standard.

The iTunes festival started in 2007 and has seen over 550 artists perform to more than half a million fans, including Adele, Beck, Coldplay Foo Fighters, Justin Timberlake, Kings of Leon, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Maroon 5 and Muse.

Launched in June, Apple Music is a recent initiative from Apple to streamline all music content in one app. Beats 1 is Apple’s first live radio station dedicated to music and culture, while Apple Music Connect allows artists to share lyrics, backstage photos and videos with fans.
