Lady GaGa's 'Just Dance' tops singles chart
Debut artist Lady GaGa has grabbed number one spot in the British pop chart with her single "Just Dance", the Official Charts Company said last night.
The 22-year-old New Yorker has also just knocked Beyonce off top spot of the Billboard Charts in the US. Her album "The Fame" is released next week.
The James Morrison/Nelly Furtado duet "Broken Strings" moved to into second spot, while reality show X Factor winner Alexandra Burke's version of the Leonard Cohen classic "Hallellujah" slipped to third from first place.
US rockers Kings of Leon knocked boy band veterans Take That's "The Circus" off top spot of the album charts with their "Only By The Night".
Duffy's "Rockferry" was steady at number three.
