A man has been found shot dead at the home of Grease star Olivia Newton-John.
The unidentified victim found at the South Florida home of the actor and her husband wasn't a resident or relative of the residents, according to police.
Jupiter police Sgt Scott Pascarella said the victim had permission to be at the home but hadn't been staying there.
Initial media reports listed the death as a suicide, but Sgt Pascarella said the case is under investigation and refused to comment over allegations of foul play.
No other details were released.
A request for comment made via the singer's agent and manager weren't immediately returned.
The Palm Beach Post reported that construction work was underway on the property near Palm Beach and that a worker there had been seen crying.
The report suggests the victim was a 42-year-old contractor employed by Newton-John, but this has not been confirmed.
Australian actor and singer Newton-John is best known for hits such as “You're The One That I Want”, a duet with John Travolta from the 1978 film Greas, and 1981 hit “Physical”.
