Ms Lopilato first made her name as a lingerie model and in Argentine sitcoms and soap operas before starring in Buble's video for his single Haven't Met You Yet.
Although she could not speak English when they first met, the couple married in Buenos Aires in March 2011.
Buble had previously dated British actress Emily Blunt, known for her roles in The Young Victoria and The Devil Wears Prada.
