Roger Daltrey has announced the line-up for this year’s Teenage Cancer Trust shows at the Royal Albert Hall.

The Who frontman will perform with his band, along with Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Van Morrison, Paul Weller, Stereophonics and Kevin Bridges.

Future Islands and Johnny Marr also feature on the bill, along with Wilko Johnson who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2012.

The gigs will run from 23 to 28 March in London, with Daltrey the driving force behind the fundraiser as a patron of the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The 2015 event will mark the 15th anniversary of the inaugural concert in 2000, when The Who and Friends saw Gallagher, Weller and Kelly Jones join the veteran rockers for a one-off performance.

“To be back for our fifteenth year at the Royal Albert Hall for Teenage Cancer Trust is an incredible achievement,” said Daltrey. “This is all made possible by the loyalty of the music and comedy business.

“I’m always amazed by and appreciative of the support given to the charity by the new artists each year, who recognise the importance of Teenage Cancer Trust’s work.”

More than 200 artists have performed at the Royal Albert Hall for the charity since 2000, with nearly 500,000 fans attending the shows including over 2,000 young people with cancer.

The line-up is as follows:

Monday 23 March – Stereophonics plus guests

Tuesday 24 March – An evening of comedy with Kevin Bridges

Wednesday 25 March – Van Morrison plus very special guests

Thursday 26 March – The Who plus very special guest Wilko Johnson

Friday 27 March – Paul Weller plus very special guest Johnny Marr

Saturday 28 March – Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds plus Future Islands

Tickets for the shows cost £25 and go on sale at 9am on Friday 30 January.
