Twitter #MusicMonday top songs: Fans vote 30 Seconds to Mars to top spots

On January 11, more than 30,000 tweeters shared the names of music and songs they liked in a tweet using the "#musicmonday" hashtag. The week's top songs recorded on twit40.com included several singles by 30 Seconds to Mars, plus songs by Owl City, Lady Gaga, Iyaz, and Vampire Weekend.

The top two singles of the week were "This is War" and "Kings and Queens" by 30 Seconds to Mars, as fans encouraged each other to vote for the band's songs online. "Fireflies" by Owl City followed in third. And "Fallen" by 30 Seconds to Mars also climbed onto the list this week in sixth place.

In seventh place this week was "Replay" by Iyaz; the single by the singer/rapper has reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, number one on the Billboard Pop Songs chart, and, most recently, number one on the January 10 UK Singles chart.
