London electro duo Kish Mauve are best known as the band whose song "2 Hearts" was covered so wonderfully by Kylie. If that continues to be the case, it will be a significant injustice.

Because the debut album from Mima Stilwell and Jim Eliot contains 11 explanations for La Minogue's enthusiasm. Equal parts synth-rock abandon and haughty elegance, Black Heart is the perfect balance of power and poise. Fans of Ladytron and Dragonette will find plenty to love, as will fans of Blondie. Which means more or less everybody.
