On October 25, pop-country darling Taylor Swift and the legendary Roxy Music's Bryan Ferry release new collections of songs
Taylor Swift, Speak Now
Number one on Amazon's pop chart and number one in country, the third album by America's crossover songtress features 14 tunes, led with her single "Mine." On the heels of Fearless, which sold six million copies in the US alone and garnered awards including an MTV Music Award, the 21-year-old pop-country artist wrote all the material, accompanies herself on guitar, and co-produces the collection on Big Machine Records with her collaborator Nathan Chapman.
Bryan Ferry, Olympia
The King of Cool returns with sophisticated vocals and contributions from Dave Stewart of The Eurythmics, Pink Floyd's David Gilmour, Scissor Sisters, Red Hot Chili Peppers' Flea, Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood, and Roxy Music's Brian Eno. With supermodel Kate Moss on the cover of this Astralwerks album, songs include "Shameless" with Groove Armada and the first single, "You Can Dance." A deluxe edition features bonus tracks, a book, a second disc with alternative mixes and a "Making of the Album" documentary.
