THE DUTCH painter Anthony van Dyck is best known for his portraits of Charles I (right), though in Holland he is equally lauded for his religious and mythological pantings. In Nightwaves (11pm R3), Paul Allen visits Antwerp's Koninkliijk Museum to see an exhibition of his work.
Performance on 3 (7.30pm R3) offers a rare broadcast of Saint-Saens's opera La Princesse Jaune, the first complete one since 1962.
