Margaret Liddle, farmer from North Yorkshire, on One Man And His Dog (BBC2 Sun): 'It's the daftest bleeding time to put on a programme for farmers because everyone's out with the animals. But we always try to watch it, the standard of trialling is very good - the best. It's well presented, especially now they've got rid of Eric Halsall - farmers round here couldn't stick his voice, he was very patronising. We like the old chap, Phil Drabble, but the other chap gave us a pain.'
