A stuntman is suing for damages following a string of injuries allegedly sustained while he worked for the Broadway show Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.

Richard Kobak is claiming in the State Supreme Court in Manhattan that equipment used for the show’s aerial acrobatics was incorrectly adjusted, causing him to fall during performances and rehearsals and suffer concussion, whiplash and other injures.
