Orange Is The New Black fans, you have 101 days until your favourite TV series comes to Netflix again.

The third series of OITNB will debut on the streaming service on 12 June, just in time for a summer of TV binge-watching.

Crazy Eyes actress Uzo Aduba announced the release date on Twitter last night.

Piper’s pathetic boyfriend Larry Bloom (played by Jason Biggs), will not be returning for the third series – meaning a renewed affair between Piper and Alex looks all the more likely. Cast regulars Red (Kate Mulgrew), Nicky (Natasha Lyonne), Taystee (Danielle Brooks), Pennsatucky (Taryn Manning), Morello (Yael Stone) and Gloria Mendoza 9Selenis Leyva) will all be returning.

The new series of the award-winning drama will include 14 episodes, going one more than series one and two, which each featured 13 episodes.

Series three of OITNB will launch seven days after the premiere of another Netflix original series, Sense8, a sci-fi drama from the creators of The Matrix trilogy.
