Claudie Winkleman is returning to her job co-presenting Strictly Come Dancing this weekend.

The mother-of-three, 42, missed the Blackpool ballroom episode last week as well as two earlier shows.

Her daughter, Matilda, aged 8, was hospitalised over Halloween weekend after her costume caught fire while she was trick or treating.

It Takes Two host Zoe Ball has been filling in for Winkleman, alongside co-presenter Tess Daly, since the accident occurred last month.

Winkleman and her film producer husband, Kris Thykier, have three young children - Jake and Arthur, as well as Matilda.

She landed landed the role of Strictly co-host, joining Tess Daly, in the autumn after Sir Bruce Forsyth decided to step down from the programme after a decade.

The presenter, the daughter of former newspaper editor Eve Pollard, had previously fronted the weekly results show and stepped in during Sir Bruce's occasional absences.

Last weekend's Strictly saw Wimbledon champion Andy Murray's mother Judy and her partner Anton Du Beke voted off.
