David Whitley

David Whitley is a freelance travel writer who has researched and explored destinations across six continents. He specialises in Australia, having lived there for five years, and continues to write about the lesser-known corners of Oz. He also runs the Australia travel advice site Australia Travel Questions, where he shares tips on the best small towns to visit and the best Aussie road-trip attractions. After training as a reporter then falling into travel writing largely by accident, David has more than 20 years of experience, and has written city guides and features for publications in several countries.
