Airing at 5:00pm in the UK (12:00pm EST), the webcast will examine the economic challenges of developing a low-carbon future. A panel discussion will be lead by Tim Jackson, author of Properity Without Growth, about worldwide economic return, and will include Robert Costanza, contributor to the Worldwatch Institute's The State of the World 2010, and ecological economist Peter Victor. Afterwards, Jackson will answer viewers' climate-change questions.
To get even more informed about climate change, visit the Earthcast archive; previous installments have covered climate change as it relates to carbon markets, sustainable business practice, public health, and health services.
