Bizarre sea dragons from Australia's west coast have been brought to the UK with hopes of becoming the first breeding group in the country.

Weedy and leafy sea dragons will be displayed at the National Sea Life Centre in Birmingham. The close cousins of seahorses are camouflaged to blend with sea weed.

Leafies grow to 14in (35cm) long, while the weedies can grow up to 18in.
