US Self magazine has launched a free iPad app March 16, on the occasion of its April print issue starring social media pro Kim Kardashian. The fitness publication's highly interactive app not only features the usual behind-the-scenes footage but also personalizes exercises, lets you calculate the calories of your meal, and allows you to shop clothes directly from models presenting them in motion.
