The highly publicized
Coco Cocoon collection will become available internationally on October 3.
Earlier this year, ads were released starring British singer Lily Allen, photographed by the fashion house's head designer Karl Lagerfeld.
Karl's favorite male model Baptiste Giabiconi again appears in the new ads that seem to be inspired by the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's. The singer is wearing a leather jacket, fingerless motorcycle gloves, aviator shades and a tiara in the pictures, making for a surprisingly fitting combination of Audrey Hepburn's film character and Lagerfeld's personal style.
The Cocoon bags (from €750) are made of nylon or washed lamb skin and come as shopper, bowling, trolley or travel bags in mini and maxi sizes. Colors include black, beige, chocolate, bordeaux, taupe, blue, grey, gold, and red. Purses, wallets, toilet bags, clutches, and key rings are also going to be available as part of the same collection.
Chanel's campaign for its new Coco Cocoon accessories line will appear in fashion publications when the bags hit international stores October 3.
