When looking at the number of fans, MAC might be the most popular makeup brand on Facebook, but when it comes to momentum, labels such as Lancome and Shiseido are leaving the megabrand behind.
Lancome is currently growing at an outstanding rate of 18.53 percent, followed by the re-released Caboodles makeup cases, and the so far little-known organic beauty label Nvey Eco.
Here is the Facebook top ten of fastest-growing beauty brands, based on rankings by Stylophane:
1) Lancome (+18.53%, 51,798 fans)
2) Caboodles (+14.32%, 11,278 fans)
3) Nvey Eco (+14.29%, 144 fans)
4) Decleor (+13.14%, 947 fans)
5) Fresh (+10.08%, 7,907 fans)
6) Shiseido (+6.5%, 8,258 fans)
7) Elizabeth Arden (+6.43%, 4,367 fans)
8) Tarte (+4.93%, 3,766 fans)
9) La Mer (+4.78%, 1,271 fans)
10) Napoleon Perdis (+4.7%, 9,950 fans)
Divided into four categories (Platinum: more than 100,000 fans, Gold: 10,000 - 100,000, Silver: 1,000 - 10,000, Bronze: 10 - 1,000), Stylophane's rankings are updated daily (and expressed in graphs), and new brands can be added upon request.
