Fall beauty launches: Kate Moss's own collection, Mac + Cindy Sherman, O.P.I. + The Muppets

Here are some of the season's most-anticipated beauty releases.

Kate Moss cosmetics launch

Rimmel, whose makeup has been promoted by the British supermodel for the past decade, has announced it will release a make-up range designed by Moss in September. Having released several fragrances, this marks the first cosmetics line for the model.

Dolce & Gabbana launch foundation and lipstick

Following in the footsteps of fellow fashion brands like Tom Ford and Burberry that have also extended their beauty ranges recently, the Italian designers are readying more products for their offering this fall. In addition to their Animalier face bronzer, which launched earlier this year, fans of the brand will be able to shop Perfect Finish Creamy Foundation (15 shades, $55 each) and Passion Duo Gloss Fusion Lipstick (20 shades, $34). The new products will become available in September.

MAC collaborates with Cindy Sherman for artsy limited edition

Owning a Sherman gets a whole lot cheaper this fall: the conceptual photographer and filmmaker will release an artistic collection with the make-up brand come September, and her products for the cult beauty brand can be yours from $14.50 for a lipstick to $38 for an eyeshadow palette. Three collections designed to demonstrate the "power of transformation" will each come with lipsticks, eyeliners, and eyeshadows. The limited-edition collection becomes available on September 29.

O.P.I. to release Muppets-themed nail polish collection

Coinciding with Disney's The Muppets movie, out in November, the lacquer label releases polishes in Miss Piggy-pink and Kermit-green this holiday season. In addition, there will be reds, metallics, and a rainbow glitter varnish - carrying O.P.I.'s typically original names such as "Warm and Fozzie," "Divine Swine," "Getting Miss Piggy With It" or "Gone Gonzo." Retailing for $8.50 each, the polishes will be available in early November.

More O.P.I.

Reality TV's best-known sisters are at it again: Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian are readying their "Kolors" nail polish launch for this holiday season. Together with the lacquer label, they came up with a 14-color range of reds, pinks, blues, and glitters that carry names such as All Kendall-ed Up, Sealed With a Kris, Khloe Had a Little Lam-Lam, Kourt is Red-y for a Pedi, or Kim-pletely In Love, all playing on the names of the members of the Kardashian clan.

Chanel to launch new nail polish line during Fashion's Night Out

Set for an international launch during Fashion's Night Out on September 8, Chanel's new and sure-to-be-sold-out lacquer collection Les Jeans will be denim-inspired, coming in three different shades of blue named Blue Rebel, Coco Blue and Blue Boy. While fans of the brand know that its polishes tend to go within the blink of an eye, there will be some extra motivation to get shopping fast as this range will only be available through the end of September. Get them during Fashion's Night Out or afterwards in Chanel stores and at chanel.com.
