This is a serious fashion line with stockists including Harrods and Net-a-Porter.com, where everything on Mrs Beckham's rail will leave your bank account at least a grand lighter.
But it doesn't mean she gets to choose who wears her creations. Fellow Spices Mel C and Emma Bunton are known fans, as are Hollywood A-listers Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Hudson and Demi Moore, which can only be good for the brand's associations. Oh, and then there's Carol Vorderman.

The X Factor judge started dating Newcastle's Danny Simpson just three weeks ago, but on Sunday night's show she showed off the results of a footballer's eye-candy makeover: straight hair, Beckham dress, peep-toe shoes – WAG transformation complete.
