Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son fronts Tom Ford new campaign alongside swimwear model Gigi Hadid

Patrick Schwarzenegger’s debut for Tom Ford is the latest in a long line of celebrity offspring taking over the fashion industry

Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Patrick is the latest young face to appear in Tom Ford campaigns.

The 20-year-old stars alongside swimwear model and Ford’s latest muse, Gigi Hadid, 19, in the new eyewear campaign.

Schwarzenegger displays his elegant profile with slicked back hair in a classic black turtleneck top and matching sports coat.

The autumn/winter campaign is set to hit high end glossy fashion magazines this September, including Vogue, Elle, Vanity Fair and Harper’s Bazaar.

Patrick is one of four children from Arnold Schwarzenegger’s marriage to estranged wife Maria Shriver, 58. He’s currently a student at the University of Southern California but he has long dreamed of becoming a model and by scoring a Tom Ford campaign, he’s heading in the right direction.

 

However, this is not Schwarzenegger Junior’s first foray into the fashion industry. He’s signed with LA Models and has previously posed for Hudson Jeans.

Being the son of the legendary action star certainly has its perks and like his dad, Patrick has his eyes on the movie business too. Last year he appeared in Stuck in Love alongside Lily Collins and Logan Lehrmann. He also landed a role in Grown Ups 2 and most recently, he starred in a small role with Jessica Alba in Entourage, which is yet to hit cinemas.

Schwarzenegger’s debut for Tom Ford is the latest in a long line of celebrity offspring taking over the fashion industry. Jude Law’s son, Rafferty, made his catwalk debut at DKNY last month; Mick Jagger’s daughter, Georgia, has been the face of Chanel, Miu Miu, Versace, Hudson Jeans and Rimmel just to name a few; Steven Tyler’s daughter, Liv, fronted many campaigns such as Givenchy and starred in many films; Victoria and David Beckham’s son, Romeo, fronted a Burberry campaign in 2012 at the age of 10; and most recently the Kardashians' young sister Kendall Jenner walked the catwalk at Chanel’s haute couture show and is fronting Givenchy’s latest advertising campaign.
