Bacchus

Hidden under Birmingham's oldest street in the basement of the four-star Burlington Hotel, Bacchus's decor is incongruously ostentatious for such a clandestine location. Roman pillars mingle with an Egyptian tomb, all draped in velvet to create a senses-overload reinforced by signature strong martinis. Not for the faint-hearted.
