Today sees the Chinese Lunar New Year role in, with Chinese communities across the UK and the globe celebrating the coming of the Year of the Sheep/Goat.

The biggest day in the Chinese calendar, it is a time for festivities, fun and most importantly, lots and lots of delicious food.

So if you want cook up something from the Orient in the next few days, but are unsure on exactly what, here are a couple of ideas from Chinese cuisine aficionado and founder of the School of Wok Jeremy Pang. In the video, Pang rustles up some flavoursome dishes in the form of ingot shaped Prawn Wantons to symbolise wealth, Hunan Beef Noodles for long life and a traditional steamed sea bass dish to embody abundance in the New Year.
