Great to see recognition for the pecorino grape but also the passerina grape is fantastic for Summer drinking.Really good examples of both both come from the South of the Le Marche region in Ripatransone and offida area. If in Italy go to the Enoteca in Offida where thay have over 2,000 bottkes to choose from in their wine store in the old Convento si San Francesco all at prices that are amazing value.

Three Choirs made a very decent wine last year, suprisingly in view of the weather, and I believe Waitrose has it.

These seem a bit pricey for a Summer (by which I assume quaffing) wine.

Try NakedWines for a better online supplier than Laithwaites (aka Wine Direct, Sunday Times, Daily Telegraoph, etc, and also sadly the South African Wine CLub).

Cheers.
