A tasty appetiser, great with pre-meal drinks. A day-old baguette or sourdough loaf would be fine here – but try not to use standard sliced white.

Loaf white bread
Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Cut bread into small cubes. Drizzle with truffle oil and bake on an oven tray for five to 10 minutes until sizzling and crisp.
