This week: Copenhagen entertains green foodies until August 29, 1000 chefs compete in NZ, Supermarkets shop for new products in Argentina and the International Beverage Exposition and Competition opens in Shenzhen, China.
cOPENhagen Cooking 2010
Foodies head to Copenhagen for the sixth annual Nordic Food Festival. Expect to find lots of green cuisine, Danish beer, Aquavit pairings, garage wines and events devoted to the "ecological hot dog" and the "new Nordic diet." Plus the city's restaurants and cafés will be serving up special menus. Tickets go on sale August 10.
New Zealand Culinary Fare

International Beverage Exposition and Competition (IBEC)
This event is about the domestic beverage market and the place for companies worldwide to launch their drinks ranging from water to wine and new products in China as buyers from various segments of the market will be in attendance including tea houses, bars, hotels and liquor stores.
International Food Bloggers Conference (IFBC)

IFBC is sold out, a common trend in food blogging events, however there is a waiting list. 55th Annual Fisheries Technology Conference

The Joy of Sake is taking the world's finest sakes on tour for its ninth annual event with Hawaii as its first stop. Festival del Prosciutto di Parma
The 13th annual festival is a celebration of the world's best ham made from only Italian pork and a pinch of salt, there are no additives, preservatives or chemicals.
