Current Twitter trends: 'how you a gangster,' Filipino President Noynoy Aquino, BP CEO Tony Hayward

The meme "#howyouagangsta" is the most talked about topic on Twitter on the morning of July 26.

Microbloggers are using the term to question how people can think they are a gangster when their actions speak differently.

#HowYouAGangsta

The name of science fiction film " Inception" has become a regular fixture in the charts, moving up two places over the weekend to number two.

The name of recently elected Filipino president Benigno 'Noynoy' Aquino is back in Twitter's trending topics in various guises this morning. President Noynoy Aquino (or "PNoy" or "Noynoy" as many are calling him on Twitter) gave his first State of the Nation Address ("sona2010") on July 26.

"[I] like that PNOY spoke with such authority, didn't blatantly stop for applause, and kept it simple and straight to the point" and "Pnoy's first SONA answered questions. Hope little by little those problems be addresed and solved throughout his term," tweeted people after hearing his speech.

The meme "#undernocirumstances" is trending in fifth place and is followed by "Wikileaks" - the name of a website that publishes and comments on leaked documents, after tens of thousands of documents on the Afghan war were leaked.

The name of the second largest comic convention in the world, "Comic-Con," is unchanged in eighth place.

The name of BP CEO Tony "Hayward" has sprung into the charts at number ten after it was reported that he would step down following his "mismanagement" of the worst oil spill in US history.
