Twitter users are still talking about Sunday's Academy Awards with the number one topic on Twitter on March 1, "#Oscars."

Justin Bieber is also getting his fair share of publicity on the social networking site as Twitter users wish him a happy 17th birthday with the terms "#happy17thbdaybiebs" and "Justin Drew Bieber."

"#isbetterthan" makes it into second place and "#whenyourblack" is trending in fourth place.

Twitterers are lamenting the death of American actress and Hollywood sex symbol "Jane Russell." Russell died on February 28 at the age of 89 and microbloggers are paying tribute to the 1940s and '50s pinup star with their tweets.

The name of American basketball player "Mike Bibby" is in seventh place, "Gift Raps" is in eighth place, Karate Kid actor "Ralph Macchio" is in ninth place and "Worst Twitkon EVER" is in tenth place.
