Facebook's biggest risers: Bieber enters chart, Shakira, Rihanna, Black Eyed Peas stay strong

Canadian singing sensation Justin Bieber enters this week's charts in fourth position after attracting over 483,000 fans this week. Other artists Rihanna, Shakira and the Black Eyed Peas all remain within the top ten. Texas Hold'em Poker remains by far one of the most popular apps on Facebook, having been in first or second place since the beginning of January. Re-entries to this week's chart include Harry Potter and video game
Call of Duty: Black Ops.
